Meeting Minutes
November 24, 2006
Opening:
The
regular meeting of The Aldridge Foundation was called to order at 1430 hrs on
Nov. 24 by Robert Aldridge.
Present:

Tom Aldridge, Kim Aldridge, Jake Aldridge, Rusty Aldridge, Parris Nicholson, Mickie
Smith, and Shaun Palmer
A. Approval of Minutes
The minutes of
the previous meeting were unanimously approved as distributed.

B. Approval of Chairman Report
The chairman report
was unanimously approved as distributed.

C.
Open Issues 1.
Robert updated the financial status of the foundation (estimated balances). Starting
balance of the foundation was: $2.4 million dollars. Total Donations given: $1.5
million dollars. Current foundation value: $3.5 million.
2. Continuing Proposals

c) OU School of Nursing:

d) OSU/ Okc School of Nursing: $9,000

Total for continuing proposals: $84,000 All continuing proposals
