Kim Aldridge currently lives in Florida with her husband and daughter. She has maintained a career in education since 1988, and enjoys serving on the Aldridge Foundation Advisory Committee because she loves to see the innovative ideas that teachers across the country are working toward implementing in their classrooms.

She currently teaches gifted enrichment classes in an elementary school on the Gulf Coast. Kim is a member of her local Methodist church and volunteers there, mostly in the areas of technology and electronic presentations.

She enjoys jogging, traveling in her spare time, reading and watching her daughter play sports!
